We ship all orders within 3 business days from our workshop in Ithaca, NY. 

• $9 flat rate shipping on order under $150 
• Free shipping on orders over $150
• Free shipping plus 10% off on orders over $250
• We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only

You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sunbeam Candles experience. If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Return authorization is required for all returns
• If your order arrives damaged, please do not dispose of the item - we may need it returned 
  
• Voluntary returns must arrive in resaleable condition to receive credit or a refund 

How to Request a Return

Please email info@sunbeamcandles.com and include the following:

• A brief description of the issue 
• Photos of the damaged item and the shipping box 
• Your order number and full name 

Please save all original packaging until we respond. If a return is needed, we'll provide instructions to help ensure it arrives safely.
